We deliberately bring these qualities to all our work and, as part of our methodology, we mindfully explore aspects of them with our participants.

Integrity

We refer to integrity as having everything – all our values, beliefs and behaviours – aligned, in the way that a wheel is only able to do its job safely when all its spokes are fully aligned.

Authenticity

We see being authentic as living consistently as the person we want to be known as.  This means always being open to the possibility of changing my viewpoint in order to see a bigger, more inclusive, picture.

Personal Responsibility

By ‘personal responsibility’ we refer to the understanding that we are, often unconsciously, choosing our responses to the circumstances around us from moment to moment. Once we understand this we can practice changing our responses to difficulties, challenges and problems.

Innovation
