It feels like a lifetime ago when we published our “Care worker retention: can we fix the leak?” survey, in partnership with Care England. It was November 2019 and the world was a different place.
However, the pressure on front-line staff has only increased and the care workforce is more than ever in need of support.
Some of the key message feel even more relevant today, in the middle of a pandemic, in particular about the need to invest in personal development, well-being and support of front-line staff.
