The client
The challenge
Design and deliver a program to dovetail into the Trust’s existing Health & Wellbeing strategy and support workforce wellbeing through to 2025.
To enable existing staff members to support the group's 1,500 strong workforce through a combination of coaching conversations and Narrative Action Learning Groups
Initially develop 25 selected professionals, from a wide range of roles, to represent themselves as Wellbeing Ambassadors.
Roll out the program further as and when appropriate
The bespoke program design and delivery
The framework, enrolment process and program were designed and delivered to enable staff to be skilled in coaching style conversations for 1:1 support and be enabled to facilitate Narrative Action Learning Groups across a wide range of services within the group.
The remit was to also include working with managers to create the framework for the service and for supporting the Ambassadors on an on-going basis. This included supporting the management to create their required standard operating procedures, code of ethics and good practice, service feedback systems and a full pathway for the service to ensure it fitted with the occupational health framework.
The program started in April and successfully completed in October 2021, with the service going live in November 2021. We continue to provide supervision to the whole group of Ambassadors.
