Simon Daly
Director, Senior Program Leader
What do I bring?
Before specialising in transformation, leadership and coaching, my career was in management. I undertook extensive self-development and self-awareness work, ontological training and learning to live a life of possibility. This included developing coaching, mediation and facilitation skills.
Over the course of 20 years, I have accrued more than 20,000 hours of coaching experience. I currently coach people from many disciplines including Chief Executives, Directors and Senior Managers, and many front-line staff.
I live in Devon and am currently leading a number of workforce health and wellbeing programs, in large NHS Trusts and public and in private health and care organisations.
The team acknowledges you Simon,
for your dedication to listening. People feel heard by you to a degree which allows them to find their own solutions to life's challenges. You are dependable, steady, and have a presence that allows others to feel safe.
We also acknowledge your patience, productivity and swan-like calm amid many changing operational demands, not to mention your remarkable capacity for taking on challenges, requests and commitments.

What do I bring?
I bring 18 years experience in business having trained in a range of key business management roles, from project management through to project managing. More recently I have been working on a consultant basis.
I have been committed to personal development, learning, and education since 2001, and have developed a particular interest in coaching and facilitation skills.
In 2015 I realised that my passion was to be working with people to make a difference in their personal and professional lives. So, in 2019, I took up the opportunity of training as an apprentice at Talent for Care.
I live in South Devon and, as part of the team at Talent for Care, am currently co-leading a number of workforce health and wellbeing programs in large NHS Trusts and health and care organisations.
The team acknowledges you, Arran,
Your honesty, compassion and dedication to personal development are a shining example to colleagues, participants, friends and family. Your presence is warm, supportive and authentic.
You are a great contributor, and genuine team player. Working with you is always a pleasure.
You also have a great capacity for stepping up and doing what is required in all sorts of contexts. Your patience, productivity and swan-like calm amid many changing operational demands are remarkable.

I am also a qualified coach (and previously a Chartered Safety Professional) with a passion for people and learning and am proud to have achieved my MSC in professional development.
I am curious, compassionate and tenacious and I am incredibly proud that my children embody these qualities too – even when I am challenged! I enjoy being in conversation, writing, reflecting and reading; summer days listening to music in fields; and blustery autumnal walks with cosy evenings by a glowing fire with family and friends.
The team acknowledges you, Emma,
for being so open, honest and willing to contribute in so many different ways.
You are wonderful company and are always generous with your time, hospitality and energy. You bring great presence of mind to conversations and are careful to engage and include those around you. What do I bring?
I am a proud Yorkshire-woman who now lives in London. I studied Jurisprudence at the University of Oxford where I fell in love with philosophy and got my first taste of coaching and mentoring. I started my career in consultancy and executive search.
Before joining Talent for Care, I had the privilege of working in the NHS in a range of different organisations from district general hospitals to large university hospitals, community mental health services and acute specialist paediatric care. My specialisms are coaching, facilitation and organisational development.
I acknowledge the Talent for Care team: Talent for Care is growing and at pace. I know this kind of evolution can be difficult. There is a risk that that this change can dilute the magic and misplace the culture. I have been struck by, and grateful for, the positive and welcoming way you have embraced new joiners and new challenges.
The team acknowledges you, Emma,
for the very wide set of skills and experience you bring to our business.
You are an absolute delight to partner with, not least because you bring the gifts of fun and excitement. You bring a powerful demonstration of generosity and have quickly become a real active contributor to the team.

Design and Communications & Program Facilitator
What do I bring?
I bring joy, enthusiasm, youthful energy, creativity, and insight from my experiences. At university, I studied creative writing, experiencing how a reflective writing practice brought me new insights about myself and my experiences. Then, I studied for a Masters in song writing in London, with my research leading to insights into Recovery from Rape through Auto-biographical Song Writing. I'm a singer-songwriter and am very proud to host a monthly live music event in London centring authenticity and courage in song writing. I am also a certified coach and have worked in wellbeing and support for 3 years.
I am an advocate for survivors of sexual violence, as well as applying an intersectional feminist lens to so much of what I do and perceive. I'm committed to personal development alongside my deepening understanding, acceptance, and celebration of difference in others. Having also worked in support of neurodivergent and disabled people, I advocate for their inclusion within the work I'm involved in.
My reflection on Talent for Care
I am surrounded by a team who've courageously faced their hardships and come out of it wiser and driven to help others to do the same. Despite being the youngest member of the team (which seems to often stick out) I count myself as one of those people and it's really such a privilege.
The team acknowledges you Lucy,
As someone who is calm, thoughtful and willing to take yourself on;
for the way you demonstrate the possibility of learning through our personal journeys and developing an understanding of self and others;
and for your creative thinking, willingness to take on what’s needed; and for how quickly you have become a significant part of the business team.

My work in the operations team at Talent for Care combines my passion for efficiency with my commitment to transforming peoples experience of life.
Oliver, the team acknowledges you,
for your willingness to do what it takes, and for taking yourself on. You bring an attention to wholeness in whatever you undertake. People quickly sense that you are dependable and trustworthy. You also have a great sense of humour.

What do I bring?
I am mother to three young children and have had the privilege and joy of spending the last 9 years focusing on them.
I was lucky enough to start the journey of exploring my life and its stories at a young age. Since the age of 9, I have participated in many courses that allowed me to explore the way my thoughts and choices create my reality. I have a passion for bringing these opportunities to wider groups of people, and my role at Talent for Care it allows for just that.
Grace, the team acknowledges you
for your stand for gratitude and for being a wonderful role model for acceptance. You have a calm, quiet presence under which a constant and reliable stream of passion, dedication, and strength seems to flow.
You are generous and always ready to be a contribution and team player. Your conversation is thoughtful and authentic, and your experience and skill as a care giver and creator of relatedness and love is inspiring.
You are always willing to practice taking on a different perspective, and steadfastly remain connected to your own development with a quiet confidence and courage.

What do I bring?
I've been coaching individuals and teams for about 13 years. My first degree was in nursing and I hold an MSc in Social Science Research Methods from Cardiff University. I am a certified psychometric leadership development coach with C-Me Colour Profiling, alongside being a trained ICF Intuitive Coach. I’ve always been passionate about seeing others step into their highest purpose and self-expression, so before joining Talent for Care, I established a small social enterprise, which focused on restoring healthy self-esteem, identity and purpose in young women and single mothers. Given my own experience of overcoming burnout and illness, I have a special interest in the connection between women’s health, holistic leadership and self-empowerment at work and home. I am also undergoing a diploma in naturopathic nutrition, which I study part-time.
Creativity, empathy and deep curiosity underpin my facilitation and coaching style, so it’s a real privilege to work within a team of talented people, who operate with kindness and embody a passion for continual learning and growth. I love my work with Talent for Care, my experience has been incredibly supportive, expansive and freeing.

What do I bring?
I’ve worked in Education in many guises for the whole of my career to date and been a leader for at least half of this time including in the role of Headteacher.
My passion has always been in the development and growth of others, and I’ve had the privilege of training individuals right at the start of their careers, to supporting developing leaders at every level including management and leadership outside of the education sector. For me, the skills of a successful leader are the same regardless of context.
My belief is that if we each lead and work with others with compassion and heart, we foster positive, trusting relationships which enable openness and transparency. It creates an environment where we value each other’s contributions and celebrate success, while being able to have challenging conversations and make difficult decisions, when necessary , that are constructive not destructive.
A culture built on trust facilitates creative thinking and risk taking and my experience is this leads to incredible innovation in procedures and practice which have a positive impact on everyone within the team and those we serve.
Coaching and mentoring have always been part of my practice and I am fortunate to be working alongside leaders, and those in various phases of career transition in this capacity.
I feel excited to be working with Talent for Care, a place I feel is aligned with my own values- people at the heart.

What do I bring?
I work from home with my wall of mirrors, instruments scattered and bookshelves stacked with almost every genre. Otherewise, you'll find me in the independent cinema nearby, sipping coffee and tapping away. I studied songwriting and accounting, but always loved to design & create art. So with the help of Talent for Care, I have found a way to live whilst doing something I love for work. Absolute bliss!
I bring a kooky, creative mind and a curious attitude to life. Working in both the design and operations team allows me to exercise both sides of the brain. Since observing Talent for Care programs, I have been able to notice and actually put to use the methodologies and practices that are being taught in the programmes. There is a constant flow of inspiring stimuli and I fully embrace it.

What do I bring?
Over the past 20 years I have trained in a variety of management roles over a range of specialities.
The key element throughout has been personnel management. As part of this I constantly educated myself with many personal development training programs, as a participant and as a co-ordinator. Including one to one and group coaching, on a personal level and within business.
In 2022 I was offered the opportunity to break away from business and concentrate solely on coaching and being a facilitator in the healthcare sector with Talent for Care and jumped at the chance to work in an area that I feel makes a huge difference for people and their lives, at the same time fulfilling on my passion for this work.
Jason is a father of seven, lives in Exeter South Devon. When he is not being a father or working, he enjoys creating music, writing poetry and exploring anything new.
The team acknowledges you, Jason,
for your demonstration of commitment and perseverance with the extreme challenges that life can sometimes bring; for being a stand for your own insight and understanding; and for the way you practice willingness and humility.
We also acknowledge your excitement, perseverance and motivation to engage and learn.
You are an inspiration in the domains of self-expression, authenticity, and integrity.
