Creating the conditions for transformation

Our approach to learning and development is based on experiential learning with peer support and reflective practice, under pinned by narrative transformation.

Experiential learning

focuses on the process of learning rather than just on the learning outcomes

The measure of success for experiential learning goes beyond the acquisition of new knowledge, towards achieving behavioural change and transformation.

'The program has helped me realise my potential as a human being and created opportunities for me to actualise this potential in my every day life'

With reflective practice, peer to peer discussion, and opportunities to try out new skills in a supportive space, programs offer personal and professional transformation.

Colleagues

'I was surprised by how positive an impact my practice partnership had, and just what a difference it made to me.'

Together, practice partnership groups share the learning and development journey, supporting each other along the way by meeting weekly to engage in the bridging assignments and catch up on sessions together.

'Sessions were really well led and I feel each member of the group was offered gentle opportunities to share.'

We invite all participants to engage as active co-creators of the program. Everything shared has value, and nothing shared is wrong.
