A CPD-accredited Learning and Development program transforming the wellbeing of Healthcare professionals and their teams.
The program is designed to improve mental wellbeing, increase self-awareness, compassion, satisfaction and promote resilience across all levels of the workforce. It also helps to reduce the incidence of staff sickness and absence, developing better workplace relationships and improving engagement and retention.

An Innovative Leadership Program for New and Experienced Managers
Through a series of highly engaging practices, with a hybrid delivery approach (3 sessions in person and the rest of the program on Teams), the program is designed to acknowledge the participants’ efforts and commitment, creating a time and space for them to step back, think, share, explore new perspectives and possibilities, while developing stronger relatedness. A Support, Wellbeing and Development Program for Frontline Health and Social Care Teams
This recovery and wellbeing program was developed specifically for helping front-line teams to increase their resilience and withstand the exceptional pressure and anxiety in response to the Covid-19 Pandemic. This well-tested approach helps to establish a new mindset and an accompanying set of proactive practices. The immediate beneficiaries are the Recovery Champions themselves, going through the 16-week journey, coming out stronger and much better equipped to help others. The on-going benefits are much greater, across entire communities.

CPD Accreditation
Most of our programs are CPD accredited, all participants receiving a CPD certificate upon completion subject to a minimum attendance of 75% (which, in our experience, is easily achieved) and catching up on missed sessions (either via practice partnerships and other catch up options).
