The program has been developed for engineers within the East and West Midlands Cancer Alliances Workforce.

Overview
The program has been developed for engineers within the East and West Midlands Cancer Alliances Workforce.
Purpose
-
Enhance the representation and voice of engineers within their organisations.
-
Develop core skills and early leadership practices.
-
Foster a sense of value, connection, and empowerment among the community of engineers.
Outcome
Participants will develop a fresh mindset, take control of the narratives around their roles, and strengthen relationships with colleagues and line managers, fostering a supportive peer network.
They will expand early leadership practices, share core healthcare values, and build sustainable support networks within their peer group, all with minimal demand on their time.
